Founded in 1998, the L.C. Whitford Equipment Company deals in the sale of wood grinding, tree chipping, and forestry equipment. The Company, headquartered in Wellsville, NY, began buying and selling construction equipment and has since changed to focus primarily on forestry and wood processing equipment. We now specialize in the sale of new Morbark tub grinders and horizontal grinders, as well as whole tree chipping equipment. We also are a dealer for new TimberPro forestry equipment, selling their tracked and wheeled feller bunchers and log forwarders. We also carry the Ecoverse full line of environmental processing equipment. The L.C. Whitford Equipment Co., Inc. sells this equipment to municipalities, mulch and wood chip producers, and logging contractors. We service customers from all over Western and Central New York State and Northwestern and Central Pennsylvania.
