The L.C. Whitford Co., Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated general contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. Based in Wellsville, NY, we operate primarily throughout New York State and Pennsylvania with a second division in Atlanta, GA, which serves the southeastern states. Our specialties include bridgework for both roads and railroads along with our newest endeavor of waterproofing and containment. This new work has taken us into all states east of the Mississippi River.

In addition to construction, The L.C. Whitford Co., Inc. has two affiliated companies that serve to supply materials and equipment to other companies while supporting and streamlining our own projects. The L.C. Whitford Materials Co., Inc. manufactures pre-stressed concrete structural components, parking garages, and various precast products. The L.C. Whitford Equipment Co., Inc. sells forestry and construction equipment throughout New York State and Pennsylvania.
